How do I book a field?
Choose a bookable location, a field, and an open hour. Sign in, hold the slot, then use the test payment button. No card number is collected in this preview.
What stops two teams from taking the same hour?
The booking is saved in a database transaction that checks for overlap. A unique index and an exclusion constraint also reject a second active booking on that field and time.
What is the cancellation rule?
Placeholder: full refund of a captured payment when you cancel 24 or more hours ahead, and a 50% refund inside 24 hours. After the start time the placeholder rule keeps the charge. Unpaid holds are released without a charge. This is not a confirmed policy.
Can I book Demo Arena?
Not yet. That location is marked opening soon. Use the waitlist. The city and opening timing are placeholders.
Are the prices final?
No. Seeded rates are about $60 per hour for 5v5 and $80 per hour for 7v7, both placeholders.
What should I bring, and are metal cleats allowed?
Bring players and water. Cleat, ball, and bib rules are not confirmed. Do not treat any equipment note as a facility rule.
When can I register a league team?
The preview league is open. Create a team from the league page while signed in. A new fee stays pending until you pay it from your account. With no Stripe key that records a local stub. The seeded Sample Side FC row is already confirmed. Dates, capacity, and the fee are placeholders.
How do password resets work without email?
If RESEND_API_KEY is empty, the reset message is written to the notification log and, in development, shown on the forgot-password page.
